PN Safeguard causing websites to stick

Can't believe this was causing all my problems. I just switched it off and voila! - everything's working perfectly now.

Just thought I'd mention it.

Can you elaborate on what you meant by websites sticking? i.e were certain sites loading slowly or perhaps failing to load?

Hi Adam. Basically every webpage I tried to access, the loading bar was about a 1/4 of the way through and it would be like that for about 10-20 seconds. Sometimes it would time itself out and I had to refresh. Eventually the pages would open but as I said, only after about 10 seconds or so.

Switching off the PN safeguard has obviously helped but it's a bit sad in case I might have to actually use it in the future. The problems would more or less start again.

I assume you've been able to use SafeGuard OK in the past?

It might be worth checking that you have the appropriate DNS settings assigned for that to work as per what's shown here:
