PN Profile needs a nudge

Hi!
I recently upgraded to ADSL2+ and have installed a much better modem/router.  My sync speed is now stable at 10363 / 443 with  SNR of around 8.0 dB, and my BT Profile is 9142 kbps.
However, the PN Profile remains at 6500 kbps, which it has been for several weeks, and is holding down my Downstream speed to that level.
Any chance it could be brought up to match the BT Profile. please?

    I just completed a bt speed test on my line  IP Profile for your line is - 16558 Kbps Plusnets profile for my line is 14kbps could you please update it for me i have included my line stats  as a attachment my line is stable at sync speeds 18768 Kbps(DOWN-STREAM), 1160 Kbps(UP-STREAM.
