PN Profile Stuck....

for over 24hrs.
Can PN please update my profile to match BT's please!

Take's upto 5 day's i think for it to catch up itself

I hope not! 
BT has been taking up to 3 days for my IP Profile changes and I understand that PN should reflect BT's changes within 24hrs.  PN have certainly replicated the BT Profile before within that timeframe.

It's 12 hours. Ring in and they should be able to fix it immediately.
