i recently called PN CS and the waiting/hold time is very poor i took me 9 mins to connect to a assistance really poor service but they answered my question correctly good thing.

sorry i did not have a last isp this is my first isp but unfortuanatly i joined tiscali 2 weeks ago and they wasted 15 days with no broadband then i canceled tiscali before my line goes active and few days later i joined plusnet hope this one goes well.
never go with tiscali

ye and talk talk redirects me everytime to another department and bt but PLUSNET and  they answers my question correctly. luky i got out from tiscali but 1 thing i dont get it they said bt were have problem with my connection line? what if the same problem happens here on plusnet

Hi, I've got to agree, you did have a lucky escape, I've been with Plusnet now for over a year and they are very good, after being with Tiscali for what seemed to be an age, I had a belly full of phoning customer service and spending over half an hour, and still not getting the help I wanted as well as being charged an arm and a leg for the call.

ye and they are so stupid they charge there own customer for calling i sometime dont no if there are in the world or not and dont no what kind of english they speak lol  never go with tiscali if they give me £billions i will still not join them evA
