PN != BT

How long should it take for PN's system to catch up with a change to my BT IP profile. My line has been sync'd at the same speed for almost four days and my BT IP profile has now been uplifted accordingly but there's been no change yet in PN's figure. See snapshots below:

Re: PN != BT

IIRC this information should be picked up twice a day, I'll go have a look at your account and see if I can find a reason for this not happening.

Re: PN != BT

Hmm strange, I couldn't find anything obvious on your account. Normally this happens because the line information we hold is out of date or incorrect, but this looks right on your account.
If you see this happen again please let me know.
I've updated the profile to match BT's now.

..... and again!
My line has been continuously sync'd at 7584Kbps for over six days but my PN profile seems to be stuck at 6000Kbps - it should be 6500Kbps.

Re: PN != BT

Hi Road-runner,
From checking the BT Wholesale website your line profile is correct and matching BTs current profile of 6000kbit/s.

Re: PN != BT

I can't check it myself ATM as the BeeTee speedtester is "unavailable" (they really ought to get the damn thing fixed once and for all!). If my BT profile is 6000Kbps, then according to BT's own tables and bumf, my BT profile is wrong!

Re: PN != BT

I believe that the BT speed tester reports as "unavailable" when it is busy, so its not a fault per say, but it could do with some extra bandwidth so it is available a little more often.
