Re: PLusnet email to Yahoo.co.uk

BTOpenworld e-mail accounts have exactly the same problem, since they are actually BTYahoo e-mail accounts. I contacted BTOpenworld's "support" team about this before Christmas, and it still hasn't been solved.
Maybe your contacts at BTOpenworld might be more ready to help, rather than trying to contact Yahoo.

Maybe the PlusNet request is being handled by an automatic Yahoo response generator and hasn't been read by a human?

Strangely, I was working on this exact issue today at work.
Seems like it gets queued at yahoos end during periods of heavy load.

BTOpenworld and Yahoo e-mails always take ages to arrive, but I think that this is a different matter. E-mails are being bounced, and never delivered.

Re: PLusnet email to Yahoo.co.uk

When I tried they did get through eventually (marked as spam). The rejections are temporary and not permanent.

Re: PLusnet email to Yahoo.co.uk

In that case, it's different to the problems that I've had with BT Openworld.
Not sure whether this helps, or not:
