Been off for 16 hours, called support, 1 hr 22 mins queue to be told there's outages in area. Yet the plusnet status pages shows no outages! Then the standard message that its BTs fault and they are working on it
@Kwr The Plusnet status page is only updated for major outages, not local ones. That 'standard message' is all Plusnet can give you - they are not responsible forthe BT network, nor can they influence a resolution.
