@Angus95 Would all MSO in Openreach environment show up here?
Should do. As mentioned you have a BT line.
Have you got a dial tone? If not sounds like a fault on your line. You can always use the BT system to check a line via a mobile phone. It asks what number has the fault and then proceeds to check that line. Phone 0800 800 151 and say ‘Landline fault’ when asked how they can help. Just follow the prompts

Hi there! Phone line is working fine. Plusnet is saying outage the result of a “Major Service Outage” at BT. I can’t find any evidence of this on the Milnesbridge exchange or in the 01484 area though
