Order update request ?

Hi
Ordered fibre on Thursday from PN, currently with Sky on ADSL, included MAC obtained from Sky for installation next Thursday, however order status has been showing problem with the line.
Wonder if any kind PN staffer could advise what the problem is. Line is 0151xxx5140 Partial post code is L14
Concerned as I will obviously need to be available for engineer and I don't want to waste a day.
