Order tracker showing blank

Hi
This morning I placed an upgrade order for one of the broadband products and at the time the order tracker was showing some progress.
I've checked this afternoon and it's showing completely blank, and is offering me a choice of Upgrading, but this has already been done.
Is this normal or a bug?  Or has my order just got lost somewhere??!

It looks like there is a problem with your order, the telephone number you have provided doesn't match with the postcode. I'll pop a ticket on the account to explain further.

In addition to what Chris has said, our system is showing you as having requested the change of package too option 1, so that shouldn't be a problem.
I'll leave Chris to crack on and chase your order.

No, it won't match.... My post code isn't where the phone line is.... never has been....
I have a contact address and an install address... the online form didn't differentiate.

Ah that's the problem then, we need to know the postcode where it's getting installed to place the order. If you could update this it would be appreciated.

I've updated my Account Details on the portal.  Is that all I need to do or is there anything else?

Hi plusnet
This order is now going through.  the order tracker is saying that my line will be activated today some time after 12pm.  It's now 7:30pm and it's still saying it's not yet active.
Should I be worried or should I still expect it to be done tonight?

If you already have your ADSL equipment plug it in and see if it connects.
The order system relies on updates from BT which can sometimes be late by a day or so.

unfortunately still nothing. 
The router just can't connect and the order tracker page is still saying:
The activation process normally takes between 7 and 10 days until your line is activated. About your activation date
We can't yet tell you if your broadband activation was completed on:
10th Aug 2007 - After 12pm
If you don't get an update after 24 hours you should tell our Help Assistant.

Plusnet have just informed me that the order has been delayed until Tuesday, so no commentes required here now thanks 🙂
