Order status query

Hello all
Placed an order a few days ago to migrate to PN Pro.
Logged in to check order status this weekend and noticed that an exclamation mark icon is against checking your line along with the message "We've found a potential problem on your telephone line.  We'll look into this and will be in contact with you shortly."
Had a look at help assistant and the last entry there is:
Provisioning of your ADSL Account Information
Install diary status changed from Application Submitted to Application Rejected
(via ADSL2+ Order System Interface)
Is this bad news?

Just a quick update and it might help someone else in future.
Have just called tech support, seems the MAC code I typed in was missing a digit, silly me.
Hopefully it will all go smoothly now.

Hopefully it will be activated after 12pm tomorrow.
@Devonian - is that a comment on other providers/migration issues or plusnet?

Have only just seen your message.  A little puzzled when I got home to find my router was connecting/disconnecting.  Had a look in its admin panel to see its showtime status as connected and at higher speeds than it was before.  Good job I had the new settings copied down onto my netbook.  Quick change and I'm up and running Smiley
