Orange main light and red flashing broadband symbol

My internet has stopped working, the light is flashing orange on my hub and the red letter b is flashing.
I have tried all the troubleshooting. I am not sure what too do now.

Hi,

Thanks!

I’ve tried turning it on and off, unplugging it, leaving it off for a while, turning back on.

I have no home phone so can’t really test if it is the phone line that is the issue where of course the router plugs into.

Is there a local outage ?

It’s been fine since I got it in October 2020, I haven’t moved it at all or touched any wires.
It just randomly stopped working and showed these lights 2 days ago.

Do you work for Plusnet ?

I suggest:

  1. Log into your router and check that >Advanced Settings >Broadband username, is not corrupted it ought to look like yourusername@plusdsl.net
  2. You can raise a fault online at  https://faults.plus.net or if you have a Plusnet SIM dial 500, or from any phone dial 0800 432 0200 or 0800 328 4677. You will need your user name and password.
