Orange light and red B keeps coming on and flashing - hub one

My Hub one has been continually switching over to flashing orange lights over the last few days. I logged on when it last did this a few moments ago and this is the relevant log - can someone give me a clue as to why this is happening please.

Hi there,
It looks like your connection is back, but fairly intermittent and running slowly.
Line speed:
Sync Status | In Sync |
Downstream Speed | 7.7 Mbps |
Upstream Speed | 0.9 Mbps |
Connection logs:
I'd recommend running through the troubleshooting here and then reporting a fault to us here if you need to.
