Openreach timings

Hi,
I have an installation booked with Openreach for today between 1 and 6pm. They have to install fibre connection. It is now 4:42 and I have been downstairs all day since 12:30. There has been no knock on the door and no phone calls. How would I know if I have missed the installation guys? Thanks.

He just came now at 5. So he will need to bring the modem.

Hi Nandroid
Glad to hear the engineer arrived. He should have installed a new socket and an Openreach modem.
Is it the Plusnet router you haven't received as yet?
