Openreach "up the pole"
For sum months since Spring we have been chugging along nicely with a speed around 1.9 mbps (dont get jealous now, we cant all have high speed broadband - lol). However, inevitably, Openreach must have felt such dizzily high speeds were not for the likes of us and thus sent a less than friendly Broadband fairy to put things "right". Low and behold, no sooner had he come down from "up the pole" than our speed returned to what we deserved, ie around 0.3! Serves me right for getting ideas above my station. For the last 8 or 9 days we have bumped along the bottom with speeds from 0.3 to unrecordable!
Could a nice, friendly Plusnet fairy ( thats one with wings on) please wave their magic wand (more inuendo!) and get us back to where we were?

Does your phone now have noise on the line?
If so report that first; if line with BT, report it on their self diagnostics page.
