Happy to hear that.

From reading the engineer notes, they performed a lift & shift at the exchange which resolved the fault.

Anything I can do to help keep you as a customer?

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

Well fair dos here - sounds like a faulty port in BT Wholesale's WBC services ... which a switch to Sky would have eliminated ... much in the same way BT have done - by disconnecting from the faulty port to one which is working.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
