Only 10Mb on 35Mb profile

I raised a ticket on Tuesday (#75176481) reporting slow throughput but have yet to get any response.
Could someone from Plusnet staff give support a little nudge please.
I have carried out a few BT speed tests which all seem to indicate some sort of cap at around 10Mb.

Edit: Forgot to say have rebooted BT modem and router with no change.

Hi DaveG,
We aim to respond to faults within 72 hours so someone should be replying to that ticket soon.
Keep us posted as to how things go with this.

Thanks Adam,
The reply I got from raising the ticket indicated it could take up to 24 hours.
As I am going on holiday at the weekend I was hoping to get this resolved before I go in case an engineer visit was required.
