Ongoing fault since February 2020
As per title, I have an ongoing fault since the 29th of February. Fault reference is 199510010.
I am due an SFI appointment but there's been no update on my fault since the 9th of June when I was asked for appointment dates.
Can someone please have a look at my ticket and give me an update? It's beyond frustrating at this point.

I'm very sorry for the length of time that the fault has been ongoing and that you've not yet had a reply after adding your availability to the ticket. I've booked your engineer appointment in now and have added the details to the ticket here. Please let us know if this needs rearranging.
