Once the phone line on is my Internet active too

So my internet went off at 4am from John Lewis (provided by Plusnet) I got a text to say phone is active. But does this mean my internet too
Tried customer service can't get through, tried chat that's useless too.

Your internet access is usually active by the end of the day, but you should get a separate text confirming this.
