Offpeak usage limit for Legacy product (Broadband Premier Option 1/2/3)

Hi ya,
I cannot seem to find the conditions for offpeak usage limit for legacy product (Broadband Premier)
Is it unlimited like BBYW?

Hi Guli,
There are no set limits for the amount that you are entitled to download off peak.

I cannot seem to find that in writing though. I did kind of remember that Premier used to have some off-peak guidelines (100GB/Option1, 150GB/Option3) etc, but I might be wrong.

Are the off peak usage guidelines still enforced for these products?

The only way we'll need to take measures (ie basically ask people who are using a great deal of bandwidth off peak to slow down a bit) is if our network begins to suffer as a result. Given that things are fine as they stand and we're adding capacity in line with the expansion of the network, there are no signs that this will come to pass in the future either.
So basically, go for it.
