Odd low latency blips

Has anyone else seen anything like the short drops in the tbb BQM that are shown at about 5:40pm and 7pm in this graph please? Or a possible explanation otherwise.

There's nothing like that on my IPv4 ADSL2+ plot. Sorry, can't offer any explanation either.
