I have been have problems with my network freezing periodically although the connection to the internet stay up I believe.
If the router is rebooted, the network comes up again.
I am on the FFTC business trial with a Technicolor router adapted to use port 1 connection to the modem.
I have spoken with support who have suggested that the problem may be that on occasions there are 10 or more clients connected and that the router can only handle 10 connections.
Has anyone heard of this or know where it is documented?
Would having some connections set at fixed IP addresses make any difference?
Any suggestions for an alternative router?
Any help appreciated.
