Nudge For Stuck IP Profile At Plusnet Please

If there'a any chance of a nudge on ticket 31559798?
Current Line Speed at plusnet wasn't showing at all following a move from Metronet.  This was fixed by a previous call but now it seems to be stuck at 750kbs on the plusnet end while the BT profile has a magnificent 1250kbs!
Has the link between Plusnet and BT to update Plusnet's view of the profile somehow broken for this account?

When your account was moved to Plusnet, the line details weren't entered correctly which has meant we've not received the line reports. I've updated this for you and nudged the profile to 1250.

sorry to butt in, but can you nudge my profile? have been synced higher for 4.5 days now.  I tried to ring cs but the woman there kept trying to get me to reset my router , and i would have synced at a lower speed  Crazy

They're both at 4000 now.

This is actually my sister's connection and I was hoping the profile change at PlusNet would sort things out.  She says the "internet is slow" and she really just uses it for web / mail / a little streaming, nothing too demanding.
So, off to the BT Speedtest.
Download speedachieved during the test was - 26 Kbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 200-1000 Kbps.

Oh dear, 26 Kbps on a profile of 1000 Kbps.  No obvious master socket in the house but have tried different sockets, no difference.  Have unplugged the 2 phones in other sockets, no difference.
I'm wondering if this is looking external to the premises.  Happy to try any suggestions, thanks!  Smiley

Have you checked if she's gone over the usage allowance for her product.
Have you checked she hasn't got P2P sharing files in the background?

Thanks for the suggestions.  She's on Value, 805MB so far this month. 
I did ask her to install NetMeter to see if there are unexpected data flows using the bandwidth but that reports near-zero data transfer when she's not intentionally accessing the internet.

Is she on wireless? If so have you checked if that is bolted down?

Hmmm, she's wired but it's a wireless router and I'm not sure how I left the wireless part.  I'll ask her to disable it and report back.  Hopes rising, thanks!   Smiley

Hi - I'm waiting on ticket #31538118  but have checked my router stats and everything has been stable at ~3Mbps sync speed since Saturday but my IP profile has been stuck at 250kbps can you give this a nudge as well !!!
