Not happy

Changed from sky 3 weeks ago hoping to get a provided with Decent connection. Given a date of the 5th may but then there was a problem with the line with there being a block. So was given a further date of the 11th it's now the 12th and I spent 45 minutes on the phone waiting to speak to them last night just to be cut off . I'm very tempted to cancel the lot if in can get hold of then this morning !!
