Not Impressed

Hi, I had plusnet broadband for my children this time last year and up until 28th October, no issues.

 

Since then though they have had no internet. Done all the normal checks and the phone line was checked and it worked.

 

In the end, I reported it to plusnet who raised an incident job on the 2nd November but have heard NOTHING since.

 

They are now 11 days without internet.

 

What is the best way to complain and what is the best way to cancel as the year is almost up.

I'm really sorry that the case hasn't been picked up for you. I've updated your ticket, though it looks like an engineer will be necessary. If you update the ticket/respond to the text I've sent you/send me a PM with dates of availability, I'll get it booked in for you.
