Norfolk FTTC

Various sites claim that FTTC will be available in many places in Norfolk by the end of 2014.
Is there a place on PN's site that gives details of likely high speed availability by (Norfolk) post code? If not, how do I find out the likelihood of PN providing high speed broadband in my and other locations?

Although it refers to ADSL it gives FTTC (VDSL) availability as well.
