Re: Noise Margin

Have moved router back to the test socket , and now my upload sync is 704 instead of 832 (i think)  , how can that be possible ?
EDIT : Have asked you to take this fault to bt  ID: 32307812 , just wondering if syncing at the max upload would have been causing the drops?

Re: Noise Margin

Can anybody help regarding the upload sync?  It's pretty useless at that speed as im only getting .48mb with it, and i'm paying an extra £6.99 a month for the thing.

Re: Noise Margin

Someone has asked for interleaving to be put back on my line, can someone from comms make sure this doesnt get switched on please??  Pointless paying £27 for being allowed to have it off when it gets turned on without my permission.

Re: Noise Margin

Hi HaydnExport,
I'm looking at this ticket now for you, though as far as the fault resolution goes we'd be better leaving interleaving on until the fault's resolved. As soon as that's sorted we'll get it removed for you.

Re: Noise Margin

with interleaving on there is no point in me playing online, and playing online is why i have broadband with you.  Cancel the fault then  Undecided

Re: Noise Margin

Surely the fault is also preventing you from playing online? The thing is, adding interleaving is done automatically when an intermittent fault is raised so if I cancel the order it'll get placed again. That's why I'm saying we'll make sure the fault is resolved before turning it off again. It's your call though.

Re: Noise Margin

cancel it, if interleaving goes on i cant play full stop, the fault is dropping my sync and ip profile but it's playable , just not good with some hosts as my dl speed is too slow.

Re: Noise Margin

No worries - I've cancelled the order to apply interleaving and have passed the fault ticket back to you.
