Noise Margin and Line Profile

Many years ago I was able to tune the above two settings from my account page. Are they still available?

I'm consistently getting dropouts during fast downloads (hitting the line's max capability), but never through normal usage.

Hi there, it sounds like the SNR value for the line might be set too high at present, it's currently at 6.1db for the downstream and would likely benefit from being reset to 9db, would it be OK to go ahead and reset it to that value for you?

Thanks Mads, that explains the unusually-long drop when I wasn't pushing the line! XD
