Hi,
I can't get through on the phone lines so I raised a support question to request cancellation of BT Sport.
However I received a customer service reply saying that I did not have BT Sport on my account - but this is not true as I have been paying £10 per month for the past couple of months (as I restarted it in June for when the football season resumed).
I responded to say I definitely did have BT Sport but since then (now 5 working days) I have not received any further response.
As these forums seem to have a better response rate than the (now frankly very poor) other customer service channels for Plusnet then I'm hoping this public post will get this very simple cancellation request actioned.
