No network from 2am to 5pm

The lights stay on solid green.

Have reset the router twice.

I have the WiFi analyzer installed but it just says the same, you are not connected to the internet or no network found.

Plusnet are sending me a new router.

Depends on what you are viewing it on. If on a mobile are you watching via data usage instead of the router's WiFi.

The DNS servers ending in 150 used to be among the authoritative Plusnet DNS servers, but I believe they were decommissioned some years ago.

I believe the ones you have in your router settings are correct.

@corringham They are correct, but are the alternative servers, the primary ones are 212.159.13.49, 212.159.13.50

Apparently it has to be done via telnet, but I shouldn't bother - having checked mine, they are the same and I don't have the issue.

To be honest, because this 'error' is so predictable, it has got to be some time-related setting somewhere, but I admit I have no idea where.

It is just possible it is a REIN problem causing interference at that time - is there any nearby electrical equipment that is set to operate at that time?

Surely someone can help.

Really getting me down now as the internet is my only contact with outside world.
