Hi i reported online Sunday the 24th May that I had no internet connection and the light was flashing orange. Two weeks previously I had the same problem and I was told its an external fault and engineer came and I thought fixed the issue. I phoned plusnet on wednesday as had not heard nothing back from them. The guy I spoke to was lovely. He placed me on hold whilst he checked my connection. I was told the fault had been going on for some time and he was surprised nobody had contacted me earlier . My question is will I recieve compensation for all the times I have had no Internet?
