No internet

I am unable to connect to the internet since yesterday. The green light for broadband keeps flashing In my router. When I log in to my router it shows DSL Down message.

I've got the same issue.
Sagecom router, broadband light is green, internet light is red.
Logged into the router says internet disconnected, check username and password.
Tried to connect with the password (not changed) and it still shows disconnected.
Not able to ring through to plusnet, any suggestions anyone?

Ive just discovered my issue seems to be unrelated to whats going on here?

I had changed my password last month but forgot to update my router. Im guessing a brief outage did occured, after which i was unable to re-authenticate. Updated router password and resolved.

Just in case - it may be an approach - try changing your account password and then updating your WAN password on the router?

Thanks for the suggestions. I was able to get hold of Plusnet support. Their troubleshooting shows there is some issue with the connection. They have scheduled an engineer visit. Fingers crossed....

You were bang on the money.
My password was incorrect, although I don't recall changing it in the past few years? Tech support have assisted.
Must be my age.
