No internet

Apologies if I’ve raised this on the wrong board. Went to bed last night and everything was fine. Got up this morning and I have no internet. Done the checks - everything’s connected up ok; tried resetting; tried turning on/off; phone line is working and no crackles, etc. All lights on Hub are green excepting internet which is red. Supposedly no service issues in my area. Any ideas anyone? TIA
