No internet light

Joined plusnet and had wifi installed on 28th Nov however yesterday (5th Dec) at 3pm the internet stopped working completely. Restarted router, reset router however no joy. Unable to use apps/ smart tvs and cctv is no longer recording. Broadband light flashing internet light is off completely. Plugged in tradition phone as i dont normally use one and no dial tone. What else can i do ?
Visited http gateway for router which says dsl down wait 10 minutes however nothing is working.

Welcome to the forums @britanywild . Based on what you have posted above, the only option is to report a fault by phone.

Is it possible to check with neighbours that their phones/BB are working, just to rule out a local network problem?

I had a similar problem, without internet for over a week, spent hours phoning the 0800 number and got nowhere until they got the faults team to phone me. They changed some settings remotely a couple of times which fingers crossed has solved the problem. Several people on the 0800 number were telling me the fault was internal within my house wiring etc which was not true. Try to get in touch with the faults team would be my advice.

Sorry I don't think there is a number available to the public for the faults team, you need to be referred from someone on the 0800 number when you get through to them, it's a very time consuming and frustrating process.

@sheikanvac Which is why I posted the number I did - that will give @britanywild the option to choose the correct option.

I agree it is frustrating trying to get  through, but it is the only way to get a (slightly) faster response.

Got through & their systems are down. Typical. Anyone who wants to contact them been advised to try again this afternoon as nothing can be done at this moment
