Have had red light on router for WiFi and other lights green. Can't connect with ethernet or WiFi Have tried calling Plusnet, Facebook and Twitter but no reply. I appreciate there are changes because of the virus but to have 0 means of contacting or replies is ridiculous! I have tried all of the troubleshooting help on the Forums but nothing is working. Tried turning off/on and resetting- still nothing.
How am I supposed to work from home? Very frustrated and disappointed
