I have had no internet for the last few days and have tried to phone plusnet but can't through as lines are so busy! Everytime I try to connect to my broadband it comes up with the same message " failed to connect to network"! I have tried turning off my router,unplugging phone lines etc but nothing seems to work! My phone line is working properly but have no Internet connection! 😔.
