No internet for a week, no support, just bills...

Dial tone present, landline works.
Router reset a dozen times.
All leads removed, swapped for spares.
No joy.
No internet for over a week now.
Can't contact anyone for help as they are all busy with their IT upgrade.
Did get an email with the bill though...
PlusNet, you owe me a refund and I expect a revised bill.

I'm really sorry you have had issues with your connection. 

 

I've had a look at this and made the relevant adjustments to your circuit which should get you back up and running. 

 

Can you attempt to establish a connection and let us know if you manage to get online?

Tried a few times to re-boot etc. over the last few days, but no luck.

Issue not yet resolved.

I can see that the connection is up and running but the router can't connect because it's currently holding the wrong password. I've raised a ticket for you here which will talk you through how to resolve this.
