Router reset a dozen times.
All leads removed, swapped for spares.
No joy.
No internet for over a week now.
Can't contact anyone for help as they are all busy with their IT upgrade.
Did get an email with the bill though...
PlusNet, you owe me a refund and I expect a revised bill.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

I'm really sorry you have had issues with your connection.
I've had a look at this and made the relevant adjustments to your circuit which should get you back up and running.
Can you attempt to establish a connection and let us know if you manage to get online?

Tried a few times to re-boot etc. over the last few days, but no luck.
Issue not yet resolved.
