No internet for 24 hours

I have had no internet for 24 hours. I am in Minsterworth, near Gloucester, and I have tried everything that I’ve been asked to do by the plusnet website. The phone line support cannot speak to me, and the online chat is ‘offline’. This is my last resort, and I don’t exactly know who I’m trying to address in this message, however...Please can you reconnect my internet!
