So my internet went off on Wednesday, the broadband light is on but the internet light goes Green then Red and then goes and its done since Wednesday and my internet is still off. Then i read yesterday on the service status that there is some work being done here in Sheffield well what i want to know is when will the internet be back on? Thank you (i am writing this through my mobile phone_

It looks like the fault has been resolved, you're showing as having been connected for over 24 hours now. Not sure what caused that, but I hope everything's now working from your side of things now?
