Hi,
The internet a been down all day, usual off / on again tried.
Been on the phone to support for 1 1/2 hours. This is helping to alleviate the boredom.

Just to manage your expectations, PlusNET staff are not in here during the weekend.
Do you have dial tone?
Is the line quiet? Dial 17070 option 2. If there is noise then this needs to be reported to your phone provider.
Otherwise, can you try the router in the test socket?
What lights are you seeing on the router?
