Been with plusnet 14 weeks and internet has only worked for the first 3. Two openreach engineers out. Three routers and still it only works randomly and intermittently. I still get billed each month and have explained I need the broadband for taking card payments. My sole reason for it. Very frustrating as a business. Keep having to cancel work for an engineer to come out. Costing my business a lot of money. Really really tired of being told same old thing and being expected to do checks providing an alternative router. Even suggested sending me an email with the checks in fir me to carry out. I had to point out i couldn't pick it up as I have no internet-duh!
