No connection

Connection went offline around 2pm. I've tried everything, reboots, relogs, master sockets, the lot. Nothing.
I cannot contact you unless i get a signal a mile away from a hotstop. So please fix. Don't ask me to try different methods, please just fix it.

I have taken a look into your account and can see that currently your router is showing a connection to the internet.

 

There is also recorded up/download data transfer usage from today, which is indicative of devices performing tasks on the internet.
