Trying to sort out my mum's plusnet broadband. There's no Internet connection. I've reset the router, re configured it, changed router, tried a different computer even. I phoned plusnet and there is a fault in the Birmingham area - however this is leading to slow connections, not total service loss. Plus, the problem here pre-dates the current situation. The guy on the phone said they cannot raise the error with BT while this area fault persists. Can anyone suggest an alternative approach?
