No connection, no customer support, help please!

So for the last two days I've had no internet. My router seems fine, it's got power and wifi, today the broadband light is blinking (which it wasn't yesterday) but my laptop tells me to either log into my router or that it's got no connection to anything, even though both my laptop and my phone are picking up wifi fine.
To make matters worse Plusnet haven't got any phone support, online chat and they seem to be ignoring my tweets. What am I supposed to do? Please, if anyone can help, I'd be very grateful.
