The ticket info means absoulutely nothing, whats being done? And why does Friday keep pooping up, Its Tuesday today - is she going to have to wait?
FWIW She was with Orange for 18 months without any disconnections or issues, this is month 3 with Plusnet. (been double billed and now this!)

Hi there,
The mention of Friday is because the ticket was automatically put on hold when I raised it (awaiting a response from BT).
We now need to arrange an engineer appointment, can you advise when is a good time? The options are morning (8am to 1pm) or afternoon (1pm to 6pm).

They've only got morning on Thursday :(. It's come back confirmed for Thursday am, is that doable or do you need me to change it?

Hi mrmarkus,
The notes have come back, basically stating that a fault was fixed but on internal equipment - we've seen a couple of connections today but not online at the moment. How did things go from your point of view?

I've re-escalated with BT as it's still not connected and tests show no sync. Sad
More news as we have it.
