No connection AT ALL for 2 days now !!!!!!

  I have had no connection at all now for two whole days ! Can some one help me please ? When I troubleshoot it says contact service provider !!  I live in north Yorkshire any one else around here had problems ? Thanks

Have you phoned on 0800 432 0200 or 0345 140 0200

No I have not phones but what is the difference between me phone them up and posting on here ? I'd just like my connection back thanks

Phone in and there's a good chance you will speak to a Plusnet staff member.
Post on here and it's less likely until Monday morning when the DC Team are back on duty.

Thanks ! I'll try phoning them but one number I rang said mon to Fri 8am to 6pm

That was the "I want to leave number" the others are 24/7 (the ones I gave above)

Posting on here is really for when people are getting nowhere with the official routes.
