No broadband

I had my service activated today but am unable to connect.
The line status shows connected but even though I have entered the correct login details I am unable to access the Internet.. My username is [Removed]
Really need to be on line over holiday. Many thanks......

We hadn't yet received confirmation that the broadband order was completed, however I've just checked and it has so I've activated the account on our systems. If you try and get online again you should find it connects now. Remember that your connection username is username@plusdsl.net
