No broadband/wifi

Hi, moved house 2 days ago and my broadband should be up and running does not work. Online chat help is not available and I the waiting time when calling is 60 mins. How do I get this fixed?

Sorry to hear this and apologies for the delayed response.

Unfortunately it looks like the agent you spoke with placed your order incorrectly and it never went through on our suppliers systems.

I've placed a order now and we'll confirm the date as soon as possible
