I have been without broadband since I joined Plusnet. Since 30th December last year I have had no broadband and Plusnet still didn't resolve my issue. I was with the BT before I moved with Plusnet and I never had issues with them. However, I am now in my fourth week without any broadband. I have had so many messages from you promising that the fault will be sorted out within 24hrs, then 48hrs, then 3 days, etc. It is now day 26/27 of no broadband and there is no clear indication when will you finally fix what, I gather, you faulted.
