No broadband, no callback..

Plusnet took over my line rental from Sky last Monday (already had Plusnet broadband). In the process they ceased my broadband but no one realised, four days later promised me a callback with a reactivation date, heard nothing. Lost four days working from home. Really unimpressed and disappointed with this. Still waiting..
